Observation

(1a) In the laundry room space there was laundry and dish detergent accessible to children. In the bathroom, there were bathroom supplies within reach of children such as, body wash, shampoo, adult electric toothbrush, deodorant, cleaner. (2ab) Garage door was unlocked and accessible to children. (5) There were toilet plungers accessible to children in the bathrooms.
